The false teaching of Reincarnation propagated by the false religions of Hinduism, Buddhism and New Ageism is clearly refuted by the Holy Bible! The lie of reincarnation taught by these Anti-Christ cults is nothing more than the devil’s attempt to convince people that there is no Hell, no Eternal Judgment and that Jesus Christ is not the Only Way, Truth and Life. But we know the devil is a Liar! (John 8:38-45)
There is no such thing as reincarnation! But there is Resurrection unto Eternal Life in Heaven or Eternal Punishment in Hell!
The Holy Bible—the Only True Word of God evidenced by the proofs of Prophecy, Continuity, Morality and Jesus’ Resurrection from the Dead—clearly reveals that Mankind (and even the animals) are Born Once, Die Once and all Mankind shall be Resurrected from the Dead—Not Reincarnated—some to Everlasting Paradise with God and some to Everlasting Punishment in Hell, dependent upon whether or not they Repent of their Sins and put their Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and Him Alone to Save them from the due penalty for their sins. Repentance (acknowledging and being sorry for one’s sins and turning from serving sin and the devil to serving God) and Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is the Only Way to escape Hell and be graciously granted Eternal Life with God in Heaven, BECAUSE The Only Begotten Son of God Jesus Christ Alone Died in Our Place For Our Sins thus taking the Death Penalty for Sin for Us, and Alone was Raised From The Dead Eternally and Ascended to Heaven, Seated at God’s Right Hand as the Only Mediator between God and Man and is Mankind’s Only Savior!
Here are several Bible passages which refute the false teaching of reincarnation by revealing Mankind is Born Once, Dies Once, then faces God’s Judgment and shall be either Resurrected to Eternal Life in Heaven with God or Eternal Damnation in Hell apart from God:
Hebrews 9:26b-28 (NKJV) (Note especially vs. 9:27)
26bBut now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.
27And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment,
28so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.
1 Peter 3:18-22 (NKJV) (Note vs. 3:19 that humans who die apart from Repentance from sin and Faith in Jesus, their spirits are “in prison” a.k.a. Hell)
18For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit,
19by whom also He went and preached to the spirits in prison,
20who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.
21There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,
22who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers having been made subject to Him.
Matthew 25:46 (NKJV) (Note there are no second chances; your decision in this Life concerning Jesus Christ determines your Eternal Destiny either in Heaven or Hell)
46And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
Job 7:9-10 (NKJV)
9 As the cloud disappears and vanishes away, So he who goes down to the grave does not come up.
10 He shall never return to his house, Nor shall his place know him anymore.
2 Samuel 12:22-23 (NKJV) (Words of King David upon the death of his first son with Bathsheba)
22And he said, “While the child was alive, I fasted and wept; for I said, ‘Who can tell whether the Lord will be gracious to me, that the child may live?’
23But now he is dead; why should I fast? Can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me.”
Psalms 78:39 (NKJV) (Proves human spirits do not return to Earth)
39 For He remembered that they were but flesh, A breath that passes away and does not come again.
Psalms 104:29-30 (NKJV) (Even animals have only one life)
29 You hide Your face, they are troubled; You take away their breath, they die and return to their dust.
30 You send forth Your Spirit, they are created; And You renew the face of the earth.
Salvation of Mankind is Only to those who Repent and Believe in Jesus Christ; All who do not Believe in Jesus are Condemned:
Mark 16:14-16 (NKJV)
14Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen.
15And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
16He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
John 1:1-5, 10-14, 17-18 (NKJV)
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2He was in the beginning with God.
3All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
4In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
5And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
10He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him.
11He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.
12But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:
13who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
14And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
17For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
18No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
John 3:14-21, 35-36 (NKJV)
14And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up,
15that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
16For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
17For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
18“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.
21But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”
35The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand.
36He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”
Luke 23:39-43 (NKJV) (This passage reveals that at the moment of death, the spirit goes either to Heaven or Hell—the 1st person to go to Heaven with Jesus was a criminal who Repented and put his Faith in Lord Jesus!)
39Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, “If You are the Christ, save Yourself and us.”
40But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation?
41And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.”
42Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”
43And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”
2 Corinthians 5:1-8 (NKJV) (Like the thief on the Cross, the spirit of all Christians upon death go to Heaven to be with their Lord Jesus!)
1For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
2For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven,
3if indeed, having been clothed, we shall not be found naked.
4For we who are in this tent groan, being burdened, not because we want to be unclothed, but further clothed, that mortality may be swallowed up by life.
5Now He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who also has given us the Spirit as a guarantee.
6So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord.
7For we walk by faith, not by sight.
8We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.
There is No Reincarnation; but Resurrection, some to Everlasting Life and some to Everlasting Damnation:
Daniel 12:1-2 (NKJV)
1 “At that time Michael shall stand up, The great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people; And there shall be a time of trouble, Such as never was since there was a nation, Even to that time. And at that time your people shall be delivered, Every one who is found written in the book.
2 And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, Some to everlasting life, Some to shame and everlasting contempt.
John 11:25-27 (NKJV)
25Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.
26And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
27She said to Him, “Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”
John 5:21-29 (NKJV)
21For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will.
22For the Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son,
23that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.
24“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.
25Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live.
26For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself,
27and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man.
28Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice
29and come forth—those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation.
John 14:1-6 (NKJV) (Jesus is The Only Way to Heaven!)
1“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.
2In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
4And where I go you know, and the way you know.”
5Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”
6Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
Our Hope is in The Resurrection of Jesus Christ! Not in reincarnation!
Philippians 3:20-21 (NKJV)
20For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
21who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.
2 Corinthians 4:14 (NKJV)
14knowing that He who raised up the Lord Jesus will also raise us up with Jesus, and will present us with you.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 (NKJV)
13But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope.
14For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.
15For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep.
16For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
17Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
18Therefore comfort one another with these words.
1 Corinthians 15:1-8, 20-26, 51-58 (NKJV)
1Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand,
2by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.
3For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
4and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,
5and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve.
6After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain to the present, but some have fallen asleep.
7After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles.
8Then last of all He was seen by me also, as by one born out of due time.
20But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.
21For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead.
22For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive.
23But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming.
24Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.
25For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet.
26The last enemy that will be destroyed is death.
51Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—
52in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”
55 “O Death, where is your sting? O Grave, where is your victory?”
56The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law.
57But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
Revelation 20:1-15 (NKJV)
1Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years;
3and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while.
4And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
5But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the First Resurrection.
6Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
7Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison
8and will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea.
9They went up on the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. And fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them.
10The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
11Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them.
12And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
13The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.
14Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
Is your Name Written in the Lamb of God Jesus Christ’s Book of Life? If you are not sure, Repent of your sins (Confess and Turn from your sins) and Believe in (Place complete Faith in and total reliance upon) The Crucified for Sins and Risen from the Dead Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Calling upon His Name as your Lord!
As it is Written:
Romans 10:8-13 (NKJV)
8But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
9that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”
12For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.
13For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
